  • In a 25 ha wooded park, in the heart of South Brittany, discover this beautiful area by bike. This region is famous for its dolmen and menhir and its beautiful wild coast.

    You will sleep in a unique accomodation called "Lov’nid" (cozy cocoon hanging in the trees). From there you explore the area to discover the menhir and dolmens spread in the forest, the oyster ports, the little seaside town of Carnac but also the wonderful dunes of Etel.

    Day 1


    Arrival in Dihan

    Enjoy your day in the 25 ha parc and the discover the numerous unusual accommodations. Settle in your "Lov’nid" hung in the trees.

    Day 2


    Day-trip to Carnac

    Riding cyclable paths and small countryside roads, you will reach Carnac and the most famous dolmens of the region. We recommend a guided tour of the site to learn more about the Celtic myths.
    The bike paths along the seaside takes you through oyster harbours. Experience the magical feeling of tasting fresh oyster with a bottle of white wine and a beautiful view on the bay. Discover the lively city of Carnac and keep on cycling toward the long sandy beaches of this city.

    Day 3


    Day-trip to the river Etel

    Cycle through the forest until you reach the sea gulf. The river of Etel and St Cado island are among the most beautiful natural sites of Brittany. The sandbank of Etel, closes the bay aligned with numerous small islands. You discover marshes, oyster parks, dunes, wild beaches and colourful boats. Appreciate the amazing landscape diversity.

  • Unique accomodation

    You will be accommodated in a unique accomodation called "Lov'nid" at the heart of a 25 hectares parc. This "Lov'nid" is a cosy cocoon hanging in the trees. It is a large round bed inside a white sphere. Observe the surrounding nature from the inside of the Lov'nid (on demand you can book also book other type of unique accomodation such as caravans, cabins, transparent tents, yurts...).
    The dry toilets are located at the based of the tree under the accomodation and the shared bathroom is located near the Spa.

    You can enjoy a private access to the Spa (on request, with extra fee)

    On your arrival day, we provide you with:

    • a touring bike adjusted to your size or a tandem
    • equipped : front rack pack with an integrated file compartment, saddlebag, helmet (on demand), reflective vest, repairing toolkit with patches etc.

    We also provide you with the appropriate equipment for your children : baby seat, bike trailer or trailer bike depending on their age and size.

    GPS tracks

    For this trip, we also provide the GPS tracks on demand in the .gpx format at no extra cost.

    Travel documents

    A cycling holiday is the best way to explore a region and discover its culture, landscapes and local traditions.

    Your tour is self-guided to give you the freedom to ride at your own pace. You will be provided all the information you need to enjoy peacefully the itinerary and its interesting sites.
    You will have in your travel documents :
    • a detailed map (A4 format) of the itinerary that we drew at the easiest scale to follow for a bicycle rider
    • a step-by-step description of the itinerary (bound A5 format) giving the direction to follow at each intersection
    • a tourist leaflet containing a brief presentation and useful practical information (opening time, price, contact) about the points of interest along the way

  • To get to departure point:

    • By plane: flight for Rennes, Lorient or Quimper
    • By train: In TGV until Auray from Paris Montparnasse station (3h30 of train), then take a taxi to reach Dihan. You can take a train called "tire-bouchon" to Ploemel in July and August (1.5km from Dihan).

    If you come by car, you can park your car in Dihan area.

    Meeting time:

    The first day is an arrival day without cycling. You arrive whenever you want depending on from where you come. Please note that rooms are usually available in the middle of the afternoon depending
    on your accommodation. We thank you to advise us if you plan to arrive late.
