Who are we?
Le Vélo voyageur, a story of friendship… and bicycles!
Le Vélo voyageur was founded in 2011 by Eugénie Triebel and Bérangère Florin, two young city women who were not exactly destined to become passionate ambassadors of cycling travel but they did!
After a long cycling trip driven by a taste for challenge and adventure, they decided to share the joy of bike holidays with as many people as possible.
A 100% cycling-focused travel agency: that would be their mission for the next 15 years! In its early years, Le Vélo voyageur expanded its destination catalog, making the diversity of its trips one of its greatest strengths. The quality of its itineraries and partners quickly gained recognition, and a loyal customer base began to grow.
To meet increasing customer demand, the team of Destination Specialists grew, with the mission to search for, build, test, and approve the best cycling routes in France and across Europe.
The goal is now clear: to offer a varied and accessible catalog of trips that can meet everyone’s travel desires.
The company continues to grow and become more structured, because selling bike trips is a real profession: cycling, describing, mapping, informing, then booking, organizing, checking, printing, accounting all with the goal of making clients’ holidays truly unforgettable.
Le Vélo Voyageur quickly became the go-to agency for bike travel, building customer loyalty by offering a high level of service and, above all, a wide selection of trips always crafted in-house.
Today, Le Vélo voyageur is moving forward without Eugénie and Bérangère, but the whole team is committed to carrying on what they built: delivering high-quality cycling holidays while staying true to the agency’s core values—family spirit, kindness, trust, and closeness.
At Le Vélo voyageur, we’ve chosen to focus solely on bike travel—because we love being specialists, and because we’re full of ideas to keep you cycling… again and again!

The Vélo voyageur team
Réjane
Cemeteries, fried omelets, and surprise encounters with local dogs
Fixing a bike chain, going downhill only to climb again, and battling the wind.
François
All types of cycling, well-stocked snack stops, and climbs rewarded with breathtaking views.
Totally flat and monotonous roads, greasy fingers after touching the bike chain, and having to clean the MTB after a muddy ride.
Elisa
Sipping lemon syrup after a long day’s ride, cycling on a high-quality bike, and staying in places with a spa.
Bumpy gravel paths, bike panniers that are way too small, and cars speeding past too close for comfort.
Wim
Quiet country backroads, mussels and fries with a good Belgian beer, and that sweet Mediterranean climate.
Cycling in the rain, cars parked on bike lanes, and the relentless mosquitoes.
Médélys
Stays with stunning views, the landscapes of the Camargue, and recharging your e-bike during the lunch break.
Endless straight lines with nothing to see, riding without knowing where to stop for lunch, and saddles that make your backside ache.
Anaëlle
Having time to admire the scenery while riding, weaving through gentle descents, and finding a water spot to cool off mid-ride.
Headwinds, T-shirt tan lines, and losing your momentum just when things were going well.
Aurélie
Morning sun, snack breaks, gloves that actually warm your hands, and a hot shower after a rainy day.
Poorly-cut cycling shorts, downhill rides on gravel roads, rain stinging your face, and uphill starts.
Sébastian
Speeding down steep descents, guitar music around the campfire, and golden hour rides.
Navigating big cities, beautiful-but-impractical bike rides in the fog, and pedaling through icy wind.
