Gut organisierte Reise und nette Unterkünfte-mal mehr mal weniger stilvoll aber auf jeden Fall immer mit eigenen Vorzügen. Räder (keine e-bikes) waren Standardräder (keine Federung) mit großen Packtaschen. Transport service hat bestens gepasst und die auch gebuchte Halbpension war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great cycling trip! Beautiful area. Mostly on cycling path or quiet, safe roads. Lots to see and do. Lovely hotels and breakfasts. Velo Voyageur was very helpful with booking details, and trip was well organized. Would highly recommend.

A lovely way to see the 'real' countryside and get some exercise at the same time!

This was our 4th trip with Velo Voyageur (Loire x 2 plus Alsace all of which we rated 5/5) but this one just didn’t do it for us. I guess we were a bit naïve to think that a beautiful lake in the middle of Europe would not be almost entirely bordered by development! We found that most of the time we were riding through suburbia, alongside railway lines and generally through areas with lots of development and people. We still enjoyed the trip but we would not really recommend it. Daily distances are significant and would be difficult for inexperienced riders without an e-bike. The hotels were clean & comfortable, the e-bikes were in good condition & the route was mostly, but not always, easy to follow. We got a bit lost every day and Google Maps was invaluable In getting back on track or finding our hotel. Possibly our most enjoyable day was when we decided to leave the coast and climb into the hills between Romanshorn & Kreuzlingen. Here we found beautiful countryside, quiet villages and gorgeous views across the Lake. In all likelihood we will book another trip with Vélo Voyageur but in less urban locations (their Alsace trip, for instance, is wonderful!)
