From Montbard to Dijon, cycle along the Burgundy canal and enjoy a family holiday. Follow the cycle paths and small country lanes to discover the region's most beautiful cultural sites in complete peace and quiet: Fontenay Abbey, the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the site of the Battle of Alesia... From lock to lock, pedal along the canal to Dijon, where the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy awaits you. From there, if you wish, you can continue your exploration of the region through the vineyards of the greatest vintages: Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Pommard will pass before your eyes.
Between Châlon and Mâcon, an itinerary almost entirely on cycle paths will enable young and old alike to get together and enjoy the banks of the Saône as much as the wines of Burgundy.
