The Loire à vélo route is a 900km cycle route  following the river from its source to its estuary, from Cuffy to Saint-Brévin. This route, the most popular cycle trail in France, is a fantastic way to admire the beauties of the Loire wild river and to discover the extraordinary rich heritage of the Loire Valley, thanks to many loops in the hinterland. The cycle route is very well developed and passes through several towns, including Orléans, Blois, Tours, Saumur and Angers, all of which provide access to the itinerary.
