This cycling tour in South Britanny will show you the beauty of the wild Atlantic Coast. You will discover the traditionnal village of Erdeven, the river of Etel but also St Cado Island. On your way, you will pass through the standing stones (menhirs) until you reach Carnac and its amazing "alignment of Carnac". Hop from the beautiful peninsula of Quiberon to Belle Ile en Mer island and enjoy the magic of the Atlantic ocean.
On this tour, you will ride on cyclable paths and small countryside roads. You will pass through a lot of small Breton villages.

Arrival in Erdeven. Take advantage of this day to stroll through the streets of this typically Breton village.

Let yourself be guided through the forest and reach the sea gulf. The ria d'Etel forms with the islet Saint-Cado one of the most beautiful sites of the region. The "Barre d'Etel" (Etel bar), a moving sand bank, closes the bay, which is rich in marshes, oyster beds, dunes, wild beaches and colourful boats. You will be amazed by the variety of its landscapes.

You will follow a cycle track and small country roads to the most famous menhirs in the region. You will then have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the Carnac alignments in order to better understand Brittany, rich in myths and legends.you will continue your journey towards the long sandy beaches of Carnac and will be able to take a break with your feet in the water at the oyster beds and taste a platter of oysters just out of the water. Take the time to discover Carnac, stroll through its lively town centre and enjoy a quiet moment with your family on one of its beaches, then take the cycle track back to the Quiberon peninsula. You will then take the cycle track to the Quiberon peninsula. You will ride along the ocean paths until you reach Quiberon.
Enjoy a day of rest on the peninsula. You can visit the typical and modern seaside resort of Quiberon and take the opportunity to make a gourmet and cultural stop by visiting the famous Belle Isloise canning factory as well as the jam making factories and the typical "Niniches". You can also, if you wish, take a walk towards the Pointe du Conguel and thus reach the extreme south of the peninsula, but you can also prefer to relax on the beach and end your day in beauty by admiring the sun setting on the water and the colourful boats in the port of Portivy.

Take the boat to Belle-Ile with your bikes and your luggages. Begin your visit by exploring the eastern part of the island through small country roads and paths to Locmaria. On the way, stop off at one of the many beaches which are ideal for swimming and easily accessible. Don't hesitate to take a few detours to reach more isolated but even more beautiful beaches such as Plage de la Biche or Plage de Herlin. For a short walk with a view, stop off at the Baluden cliffs before heading back to Le Palais.

Stroll around the second largest island in the Morbihan, between green countryside, animals of all kinds, cliffs, ocean and turquoise waters, you will be breathless. Enjoy the view of the needles of Port Coton that inspired Claude Monet, take a breath of fresh air at the Pointe des Poulains and visit the refuge of the tragedian Sarah Bernhardt who bought a former military fort and made it her summer home for 30 years. Continue with a stroll through the colourful streets of Sauzon, a pleasant little fishing port, before returning to Le Palais.

Return to Quiberon by boat and then return to the starting point of the tour by exploring the megalithic path with its many menhirs. Will you be able to venture into the forest to find them all? You will arrive by this path to the town of Erdeven where you can enjoy dinner and taste some new local specialities.
