Olot is known for its volcanic landscape, the most unusual on the Iberian Peninsula, with around 40 dormant volcanoes. Don't miss a walk in La Fageda d'en Jordà, an exceptional beech forest that grew on lava flow from the Croscat volcano. Admire the rugged landscape, renowned for its beauty.

You begin your route by following the cycle path, built on the site of the old “Carrilet d’Olot” railway line. Then, you reach the Planes d'Hostoles via the Vall d'en Bas region nicknamed Catalan Switzerland with its magnificent landscapes and typical villages. Once you arrive at Les Planes, take the time to enjoy the Gorg Moli dels Murris waterfalls.
