This cycling tour in Bavaria offers a change of scenery, refreshment and the promise of good times with the whole family. There are plenty of opportunities for swimming and other activities, both around the starting town and along the entire cycling route. Bavaria is also known as the “blue country” because of the number and clarity of the lakes you'll have the opportunity to discover.
Program
You arrive at your accommodation and settle in, with your bikes and travel documents already waiting for you at your hotel. Set off to discover this small town on Lake Starnberger.

The day begins with a ride through the Murnauer Moos nature reserve. Then pedal along small country roads to Garmisch Partenkirchen, a family-friendly ski resort that hosted the Winter Olympics in 1936, where you'll find charming cobbled streets, typical restaurants, souvenir stores and biergarten.
- 40 km
Enjoy the view of one of Germany's highest mountains, the Zugspitze, before starting your day's cycling.
