The big day has arrived! You leave Morlaix following the well-signed Vélomaritime itinerary and ride through the forest before reaching the dam of Dourduff and its boats: high or low tide? Nevermind, you will enjoy a magnificient landscape!
You cycle on small coutryside roads on the Brittany coast and pass some symbolic sites such as the Cairn of Barnenez, the biggest megalithic mausoleum of Europe or the castle of Taureau, a Vauban construction.
Enjoy the lively harbours and the large sandy beaches on your way and at the end of your step in the bay of Locquirec where you will certainly take a swim in the turquoise sea!

Get on your bike and leave the bay of Locquirec to follow the old railway line which overhang the shingle of Saint-Michel. Enjoy a magnificient point of view at "Grand Rocher" before relaxing yourself one last time on a nice sandy beach next to Saint-Michel-en-Grève.
Time to put the "English channel" aside and ride through the valley of Kerdu. Follow the river up to Ploumilliau. You arrive then in Lannion with its typical timber framing houses and its lively streets where you will enjoy a stroll.

After a short walk on the path of Customs officers, you leave Perros-Guirec and ride along the sea for a few kilometers. Cycle then on small countryside roads and enjoy the coolness of the forest before reaching Tréguier from the Saint-François’s bridge. Take the time to taste a local meal there and stroll in the streets and the charming houses of the city.
You continue your bike trip on the Vélomaritime itinerary, still passing through the small villages of Brittany.
You arrive in Paimpol, "the city of Icelanders" for a well-deserved good night of sleep. You may also be tempted by a night walk in the lively streets with plenty of corsair houses.

Leave the seaside resort of Paimpol and its maritime scents and ride to the abbey of Beauport, located just in front of the sea, in a small unspoilt site. You will be entertained by the visit of this monk’s building from the 13th century, believe us!
You follow then small roads leading you to wild beaches and enjoy some magnificient points of view. From the peak of Pors Pin, the scenery is quite breath-taking!

Let’s hit the road on the Vélomaritime itinerary! After a break in Etables-sur-Mer and the beach of Godelins where you will be amazed by the large area and its typical seaside change rooms, you arrive in the vibrant city of Binic with its marina.
After a few kilometers of cycling, you will see more and more urbanised landscapes with beautiful mansions before reaching Saint-Brieuc (we do not pronounce the final "c", French is such a difficult language, we agree!), your final step. Get lost in the small streets of the city center and do not miss the visit of the cathedral-fortress.
